I apologize for the longer than usual turnaround time on orders these past couple weeks. Due to health concerns I haven’t really been able to be in the shop all that much, which means I haven’t been able to get most orders boxed up and shipped out on time.
Life happens, as they say. And unfortunately for us indy artists, when life does happen things tend grind to a halt, as we are a one person show. It is what it is.
I ask that my customers please be patient. You will receive your order. In the nearly 20 years I’ve been doing my thing, I’ve never once flaked out on an order. At the moment I’m only 2 weeks behind on shipping, so hold off on the torches and pitchforks.
I am back in the shop this week (week of Nov 30th), and will be shipping ALL orders by the end of the week. You’ll receive a shipping notification, along with a tracking number once your order is ready to ship out.
I will be closing the online store, so I can catch up on shipping orders, and also because after this week I won’t be able to be in the shop again until after the holidays. So, the online store will be closed until at least January 1st.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order please feel free to contact me. I usually respond to emails within the day. Please do not contact me on social media, as I am not really active on social media these days. And please do not contact me asking for a “blank on the fly” (you know who you are). I will not be taking any orders until I’m able to be fully back at work again.
